Our Complaints Process

We aim to provide a high level of service but accept that no organisation is perfect. If we do make a mistake, we are grateful to hear from you. Please contact us in writing in the first instance by addressing your correspondence to:

We have a written complaints procedure – details of which will be provided in the event of a complaint.

If we cannot settle your claim with us, you may be entitled to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service (although rules apply to who is able to make a complaint to the FOS).

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the circumstances of the claim.
